Cancellation Policy for Exclusive Membership Community

(Monthly Membership: $100/month | Annual Membership for 2025)

Thank you for being part of our exclusive community. Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all members. Please carefully review our cancellation policy, including our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our community.

Cancellation Terms:

Monthly Memberships ($100/month):

1. Notice Period:

• Cancellations require a 30-day written notice via email or the membership portal. Membership will remain active during this period, and the final monthly payment will be charged.

2. Billing Cycle:

• Monthly memberships are billed at the beginning of each cycle. If you cancel after a billing cycle begins, your membership will remain active until the end of that cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months.

3. Rejoining the Community:

• Former members who wish to rejoin must pay any applicable re-enrollment fees and are subject to membership availability.

4. Special Circumstances:

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation), please contact our membership committee to discuss potential accommodations.

Annual Memberships ($900/year for 2025):

1. Commitment Period:

• Annual memberships are non-refundable and require a full commitment for the calendar year.

2. Cancellation Before Renewal:

• If you choose not to renew your annual membership for 2026, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to December 31, 2025.

3. Early Termination Requests:

• Annual memberships canceled mid-year are non-refundable, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or relocation), which are subject to approval.

4. Suspension Option:

• Annual memberships may be suspended for up to 3 months within the calendar year. A written request must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, and the suspension does not extend the annual term.

Community Standards and Membership Termination:

1. Commitment to Member Safety:

• We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all members. Behavior that compromises the safety, integrity, or inclusivity of the community will not be tolerated.

2. Inappropriate Behavior Policy:

• Memberships may be canceled immediately and without refund if a member engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or violates community guidelines. Examples of such behavior include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of other members or staff.

• Use of abusive, violent, or disrespectful language or actions.

• Any illegal activities or conduct that reflects poorly on the community.

3. Notification of Termination:

• Members whose behavior leads to cancellation will receive written notice outlining the reason for termination. The decision to terminate membership is at the sole discretion of the community leadership and is final.

General Policies for All Memberships:

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

• All payments, including monthly and annual fees, are non-refundable, except in rare cases of documented extenuating circumstances approved by our membership committee.

2. Rejoining the Community:

• Any member whose membership is canceled due to inappropriate behavior will not be allowed to rejoin the community.

3. Termination by the Community:

• In addition to inappropriate behavior, memberships may also be terminated if terms of service, payment obligations, or community guidelines are not followed.
