Williamsburg, New York

Our Flagship Club

More than a fitness studio, our New York flagship is a destination for movement and culture.

Our space is unapologetically aesthetic, with a play on the nostalgia of old New York sporting-club vibes, with a mix of new wave wellness principles.

Athletic pilates and strength classes meet elevated clubhouse energy in a space designed to inspire and make you sweat.

The Club Principles

The commonhealth sports club draws inspiration from the nostalgia and timeless elegance of country clubs, tennis clubs, and racket clubs—a modern interpretation of the East Coast’s Ivy League social traditions and rituals, where movement is our sport. That philosophy extends to our approach to movement. We believe the body deserves to be cared for with the same precision, intention, and attention to detail as a finely engineered machine.

At its core, the club is a thoughtful blend of our founders favorites, strength, and recovery, combining lower-body strength training, classical mat pilates, and the restorative benefits of infrared heat to support lymphatic wellness. More than a sports club, we’re a room to belong in, combining elevated fitness with meaningful connection.

With a thoughtfully curated schedule, you design your practice, you design your body.

How the Club Works

Classes run in our infrared room, heated up to a maximum of 105 degrees. Strength focused classes may run slightly cooler to support heavier loading safely.

We provide mats and towels for every class, so there’s no need to carry your own. Come ready to sweat.
