Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of thecommonhealthclub.com, your purchase of memberships, classes, events and products from The Commonhealth, and your use of our studio. By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or product, or visiting our studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Commonhealth is operated from 1551 Union St unit 507, San Diego CA 92101, United States. You can reach us at join@thecommonhealthclub.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership or book a class. Anyone under 18 may participate only with the written consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Memberships, packages and billing
Memberships, class packages and single classes are sold and managed through our booking platform. Pricing, billing frequency, contract length, freeze options and cancellation terms for each membership are shown at the point of purchase and form part of these terms. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled in line with the terms shown at purchase.
Class packages and credits expire as stated at the point of purchase. Memberships and packages are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Reservations, waitlists and cancellations
Class reservations, waitlists, cancellation windows and any late cancellation or no show fees are shown in the booking platform at the time you reserve. Please review them before booking, as they apply to every reservation you make.
5. Online store purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and we may refuse any order at our discretion. Returns and refunds are handled in line with our published return and refund policy.
6. Health, safety and assumption of risk
Our classes involve physical activity, including lower body strength training, classical mat Pilates and the use of infrared heat. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, and you participate at your own risk. You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no condition that would prevent safe participation, and you agree to tell our staff about any injury, illness, pregnancy or condition that may affect your participation.
A separate liability waiver is required before your first class and forms part of your agreement with us.
7. Studio conduct
We ask all members and guests to treat our staff, other members and the studio with respect, to arrive on time, and to follow the instructions of our teachers. We may refuse entry to, or end the membership of, anyone whose conduct is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.
8. Text messaging terms

You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
3. Message and Data Rates
